This is Azure, she's an android designed by a archaeologist turned action hero named Jace Frost. Jace was pretty handy with his laser pistols, but he was finding that going solo on missions was quite dangerous (He lost his arm to a sniper just prior to building her), so he built Azure to help him fight the government supersoldier program.
Azure is designed to be a very versatile ally. She can attatch several weapons to her arms, freeing up her hands, and allowing her to be modified depending on the mission at hand. The grenade/rocket launcher would be for the more heavy combat missions, where we might see mecha, tanks, aircraft or large numbers of soldiers. The Laser rifle is for somewhat more subtle misssions, and works great for outdoor stealth misssions or long range firefights. The electrified arm blades are best for indoors fights, where close quarters combat is inevitable. Additionally, she always carries a pair of handguns that don't need to be attatched to her arms.
Her face is designed to be very realistic in appearance, so that she needs only to put on some loose clothes to disguise her mechanical nature.
